Accurate Reconstruction is recognized and respected by most major insurance companies, property management companies, and building officials. We have been in business continuously and under the same ownership since 1985. We are not a franchise . . . we are a family owned business. We have a thorough understanding of insurance policy provisions and the ability to communicate and coordinate with the multiple insurance companies often involved in condominium losses.

We do more than the standard home repairs and construction work. As a full-service contractor, we also prepare detailed reports for insurance purposes and coordinate with insurance companies, building officials, and community associations. Our goal is to help our clients negotiate for and receive a fair settlement to avoid undue financial burden following a property insurance claim.
Accurate Reconstruction serves all of New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. We also offer consultation services, appraisals, and insurance reconstruction estimates in New York State.

Christopher Pappianou
Founding Partner and Co-Owner
Chris’s past experience includes working for a well-known insurance company. He attended Penn State university and holds a bachelor’s degree as well as an MBA. Chris manages the administrative details of the business, manages production on certain jobs and serves as a construction expert, providing detailed reports for several insurance companies
Thomas Licciardi
Founding Partner and Co-Owner
Tom has had years of experience in the building/construction field, as his father was a successful builder/developer for many years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Rutgers College. Tom handles the estimating, coordinating and managing of large losses, as well as liaising with community association contacts. Tom has also been retained as an expert in the field of insurance repairs by many carriers and attorneys. Tom is a proud father of six and works along with his wife, Toni, (see below).
Toni Licciardi
Director of Client Relations and Customer Services
Toni Licciardi is our Director of Client Relations and Customer Services. She began working with Accurate Reconstruction in 2000, after many years in customer care positions – as a flight attendant, and as a Customer Service Manager at Nordstrom. Toni takes great care of our customers, with a level of empathy that is crucial in our field.
